Consumer rights and travel insurance
Spain: visible prices, complaints form, 14-day cooling-off on many online purchases, legal guarantee on goods. EHIC is not travel insurance.
- Ask for the hoja de reclamaciones. Refusal is already a breach.
- OMIC / regional Consumo / ECC-Net if the seller is in another EU country.
- Insurance must cover real hospital bills, repatriation, theft with a police report, liability. Compare IATI, Chapka, World Nomads, bank packs and your health insurer’s travel rider. Buy before you fly.

Hurry + fake authority + a channel you do not control. Use the app you already have, type .gob.es, call the number on the card.

- Never dictate an SMS code or paste a seed phrase.
