El Periódico Jan 2026: about half of Viagra/Ozempic sold off-channel is fake. AEMPS checked 153 sites in 2024. EMA warned on illegal GLP-1 pens. Legal shops: distafarma.aemps.es. Prescription + high-street pharmacy otherwise.

Hurry + fake authority + a channel you do not control. Use the app you already have, type .gob.es, call the number on the card.
